A: Despite the reports you may be reading from National news sources about what is going on in our Country…. Nelson’s Real Estate climate is remaining healthy and active.
Business is being conducted a little differently these days due to the Covid-19 situation.
We are now asking clients to wear masks and gloves to most property showings.
We are asking Sellers’ to leave interior doors open and lights on to reduce the touching of surfaces.
REALTORS® are ensuring that their Buyers’ are pre-qualified and focused on the task at hand in finding the right property.
Looking at the sales numbers for the past year to date (July 14,2019 – July 14, 2020), Nelson has had 106 single detached homes sell.
Compared to the previous year there were 92 Single detached homes in the City of Nelson sold.
I was curious to see if the pandemic had slowed our house sales; and apparently not.
At this time, there are 36 single detached homes for sale in Nelson with an average list price of $625,808.00
