Take the emotion out of the equation, and look at your property as a stranger might see it. Remember what attracted you to your property in the first place and make some notes. Discuss these things with your Realtor® and have your ideas incorporated into their marketing strategy. Try and listen to the advice and expertise your Realtor® is offering you. They are on your team and trying to sell your home and get you on your way to the next chapter that awaits you.
